I have noticed there seems to be gangs of teenagers hanging around either Bingham centre or at the leisure centre drinking alcohol, i wonder if this is due to having no facilities in Bingham for them.

They seem to be amusing them selves very well on the play area on Winhills park, just about demolished the seating area they've got the roof off and loosened the side panels. this is the sort of stuff they like. plenty of drinks cans an bottles, its thirsty work, an it goes down well with a splff.
