Assuming everyone got the expensive looking brochure through today, what do you think of the Crown Estate's plan to build yet more houses?

Personally I am against it I love the size of Bingham we really dont need any more people here, Bingham is already split into two sections of community do we really want three?

It will be a self contained village, cut off from Bingham by the railway line, they seem to be building everything into it, shops health centre, lakes, industry, etc. why was this sort of thing done for Bingham before now. we dont need more houses we just need the amenities.

Why can`t they see we dont need more houses, we need more focus on facilities.

I also forgot to say; what a waste of money with those booklets, lovely and fancy but paper basic ones would of got the same message across.

we want the lake's an shops, an industry, oh yes and a CENTRAL heath centre in bingham but not more houses, I cant believe any one would want to see more houses built.

so is this not essentially jus tthe eco village they wanted to build in newton but with a different name?

I agree, the leaflets were very over the top, what a waste of money, if they have so much why not help the community by building facilities we actually need! The estate would still make money!
