Jane Lewis Fitness Consultancy offer a free initial consultation so we can find out what makes you tick and what you would like to achieve. It may be that you want to lose or gain weight or that you are training for a sporting event or want to improve your performance. Training plans are designed specifically for your needs, taking into account family and work commitments and how much time you have to exercise.
It's not just about fitness - we will coach you through each week as there will be times when it's tough, and that's what we're here for to support you and make sure you are enjoying your sessions. We will look at your diet and make recommendations and teach you how to make simple changes to make a huge impact. It doesn't matter how unfit you are or what your experience is, we can work with a wide range of health and fitness levels.

Health and Fitness Testing.
Jane Lewis Consultancy offer and recommend a fitness test before prescribing an exercise program. This will allow us to design an exercise program targeting any areas that need attention and help you to benefit fully from your training sessions. The fitness test consists of the following:
• Standing posture and walking gait analysis
• Blood Pressure
• Resting heart rate
• Height and weight measurements
• Waist/hip ratio
• Body composition
• Step test
• Sit and reach test
• 1 Minute press up test
• 1 Minute sit up test
Circuit Training.
For those that prefer a class session . Circuit training is an excellent way to get an all over body workout and will cover CV, strength and endurance fitness along with balance and core stability. Each station is fully demonstrated and alternatives are given making it adaptable for any individual and fitness level. Each class will last an hour.


Bootcamp.
This is an 8 week course for a minimum of 8 people. Your will get a Health and Fitness Test at the beginning and end of the Bootcamp and partake in 3 classes a week which are fun and energetic! The classes are held mornings and evenings, indoor and out. You will also receive diet and nutrition advice. By keeping a food diary Jane will be able to point you in the right direction towards achieving your goals!! Courses run continuously!
