The Environment Agency has a full breakdown of the correct procedure for the disposal of almost anything, but on the whole items list below can be disposed of in a skip.

Grove Haulage Services Limited operate a simple price structure, and can obtain permits from all the local councils for permission to place skips on the road if access to your property is not possible. Access to your property should be at least 9' wide.

Grove Haulage Services Limited specialises not only is skip hire but also run an efficient muck-a-way service for larger jobs. We run a fleet of 8-wheel tippers and 6-wheel tipper grabs which can be priced by the load or by the day. The 6-wheel tippers are perfect for the smaller sites where there are no machines for loading. The soil just has to be stockpiled in a convenient place where the truck can get to it on site and we will do the rest.

The 6-wheel tipper grabs have approx 5 metre reach and can carry up to 14 tonne, whilst the 8-wheel tippers can carry 20 tonnes. We can also supply and deliver top soil and aggregates and have a selection of different grades of recycled aggregates which can work out much cheaper than virgin material and also have much less impact on the environment.

The tippers not only work in the Nottinghamshire area as some of our larger contracts have been in Worcestershire and Leicestershire.

All our operating staff are fully trained and hold relevant Health and Safety certificates. We are licensed waste carriers and all our waste is recycled wherever possible so avoiding landfill. We supply full "duty of care" paperwork on delivery of skips or removal of waste, complying with Environmental Agency regulations.
