We meet in the Methodist Hall (Opposite the Bingham Library & Health Centre) on the second Friday of each month at 2 o’clock in the afternoon.
There is an update of what is happening locally followed by a Talk on a subject selected to be interesting and usually humorous. Then there’s a raffle, Tea (or Coffee) & Biscuits – all free! Helpful life-style improvement ideas available.

‘Days Out’ arranged once or twice a year, using a coach that is suitably adapted for folk with almost any level of problems with mobility. We always have a special meal out at Christmas.

There are facilities at both Bingham and Cotgrave Leisure Centres for what we call ‘AQUACARE’ – gentle exercise in water.

For those who would have difficulty reaching the ‘starting point’ of any of these activities almost always could be taken care of, by car-sharing with members who still have their own cars.
