South Nottingham Hockey Club train and play on the Astroturf at Bingham Leisure Centre from August to March. New players are always welcome - male/female, all ages and all abilities - just come along to a training session.

We have 4 Men's and 2 Ladies teams who play on Saturdays in competitive Midland leagues.

Junior Training (from age 6) takes place on Sundays from 10.00 am - 11.00 am.

Men's Senior Training: Mondays 7.30 pm - 8.30 pm and Wednesdays 7.30 pm - 9.00 pm.

Ladies Senior Training: Monday's 7.30 pm - 9.00 pm.
