Business Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply specifically to businesses registering with Bingham Together. By using the Bingham Together site, the business also agrees to abide by the regulations stated in the user terms and conditions. The two documents are designed to be read side by side, where the documents conflict, regulations stated within this document take precedence.

Where you can and cannot advertise or mention your business name/services/goods

4. You accept and understand your business advert will be placed in the business directory and you are forbidden to attempt to advertise your business name/services/goods in any other section of the website unless granted permission to do so by Bingham Together (this includes posting on the message board under an account in your business name). By attempting/doing this you grant Bingham Together the right to remove, edit or terminate your membership without refund or compensation.

Advertising Prices

5.1 You confirm by continuing that ALL of your information you upload is legally correct.

5.2. Bingham Together advertising prices are set prices on the condition you are providing ALL written/typed text, pictures, video clips or other media.

5.3. The video you upload MUST be no larger than 40MB and must be compatible to our requirements.

5.4. You accept and understand Bingham Together reserves the right to change the advertising prices at any given time; without notice or reasoning. If you have paid in advance, you will not be charged under the new pricing structure until your current plan expires.

5.5. You accept you are only allowed to upload pictures or video clips if it is part of the correct package you are paying for or it is an agreed package between Bingham Together and your individual business.

Payment

6. You understand and accept your payment MUST be cleared in Bingham Together.s bank account ON or BEFORE your renewal/start up date. You accept failure to provide payment on time will result in your business advert/account being suspended or even permanently removed. Bingham Together reserves all rights and sole discretion of what action to take.

By agreeing to these terms you also acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms set out in the user terms and conditions document
